Who can refer?
Anyone can refer. Customers, partners, friends, or industry professionals. You don’t need to be a DeepHow user. The only requirement: your referral must align with our target audience.
Who you can refer?
To qualify, the referral must fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):
Functions: Continuous Improvement, HR / Learning and Development, Industry 4.0, Factory Digitization, or Operations.
Industries: Manufacturing, Utilities, or Field Services.
$50 Amazon Gift Card
After a successful meeting with your referral (and confirmation that they fit our ICP), you’ll receive an email from our team to collect your mailing address. An Amazon gift card will be mailed to you.
10% of Signed ARR as Credit
If the referral becomes a paying DeepHow customer, you’ll receive a credit equal to 10% of the signed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
One Month Free for Referred Customer
The referred company will receive one month free during their first contract term. This benefit applies only to annual contracts with a minimum one-year commitment.
Gift cards are issued after the first qualified meeting.
ARR credits and the related addendum are issued upon contract signing and activation by the referred customer.
One-month free is automatically applied at billing for eligible new customers.
You can submit an unlimited number of referrals, but they must be submitted through DeepHow’s official referral form or process.
Companies or individuals with an existing referral or partner agreement with DeepHow are not eligible for this program.
DeepHow reserves the right to determine ICP fit and final referral eligibility.
Duplicate entries, self-referrals, or fraudulent submissions are not eligible for rewards.
Referral rewards are valid only if the referred company signs a contract within six months of the referral date. Exceptions may be granted at DeepHow’s discretion if the opportunity is actively pursued in good faith.
